Description
Ansys Fluent Sweden, a wholly owned subsidiary of ANSYS Inc., is located in Gothenburg. We are currently looking to recruit a Marketing Specialist. In this role you will:
- Work with the Regional Sales Director, Local Sales Manager and Marketing Manager in meeting the marketing objectives for ANSYS Sweden and the Nordic territory.
- Project manage ANSYS’ attendance at exhibitions, events and seminars. Work closely with European colleagues and take part in the joint planning and execution of European wide events.
- Plan the ANSYS Nordic Regional Conference with assistance from technical teams and ensure all requirements are met.
- Act as a central point of contact for the Nordic region, providing materials and support to the press; actively seek out and place PR within trade journals; liaise with corporate team to develop articles that can be placed.
- Manage the placement and production of ads; work with corporate to develop local market/industry focused advertisements.
- Carry out other marketing activities as required, to ensure that the marketing team’s contribution to ANSYS operations is fulfilled.
- Develop and execute offline and online direct marketing activity to target customers and prospects.
- Plan email and mail shot schedules to integrate with other marketing activities, purchase appropriate lists, design materials.
- Ensure all leads generated by marketing operations are logged onto the lead database and delivered in a timely manner to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Work with web services to update/implement changes to the local website.
- Liaise with Nordic region channel partners and provide support and guidance with relation to joint and independent marketing activities.
Minimum Requirements
The successful candidate ideally should meet the following requirements:
- Higher education qualification in Marketing or Communications.
- A minimum of two years marketing experience.
- Experience in marketing communications, preferably within a high-tech business-to-business marketing environment.
- Solid listening, verbal and written communications.
- A general curiosity about technical and engineering subjects
